Example
1. An employer has six monthly paid staff.The wages, commission and bonuses all vary each month. The employees all make contributions to the company pension scheme and one makes a G.A.Y.E. contribution. The employer wishes to receive the payslips already sealed in envelopes, a cumulative payroll summary, an analysis of this month's gross and net pay and have the net wages paid automatically into the employees' bank accounts.
The monthly fee for this service would be the minimum charge of £12.00
2. An employer has twelve weekly paid staff and three monthly paid staff. All belong to the company pension scheme. The employer wishes to receive the weekly payslips unsealed ready for the cash, the monthly payslips sealed in envelopes, a weekly coin analysis and to have one faxed to the bank so that the correct monies can be prepared before collection. The monthly salaries are to be paid automatically into the employees' bank accounts. On the documentation side the firm's accountant requires for each payroll run a cumulative payroll summary and an analysis between gross and net pay.
